Land Grinders Scout Program - Terms & Conditions
GEOGRAPHIC SERVICE AREA
Referrals must be located within our service area: Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Owen, Pendleton, Trimble, Lewis, Robertson Counties (KY), Hamilton, Clermont, Brown Counties (OH), and Dearborn, Ohio, Switzerland, Jefferson Counties (IN).
PAYMENT TERMS
$50 paid per completed referral
Payment issued within 14 days of job completion and customer payment received
Scout must be in good standing at time of payment
Only one scout receives credit per customer referral
Referral credit goes to the scout name provided by the customer
Minimum project value: We reserve the right to adjust referral payments for unusually small projects at our discretion.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Who Can Participate:
Community members in our service area
Real estate professionals, property managers, contractors
Local business owners
Anyone not employed by a competing land clearing company
WHO CANNOT PARTICIPATE:
Employment Conflicts - READ CAREFULLY:
Individuals employed by competing land clearing, forestry mulching, brush clearing, or vegetation management companies are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the Scout Program.
Participation while employed by a competitor may result in:
Immediate disqualification from Scout Program
Forfeiture of any earned or pending referral payments
Potential employment consequences with your employer (conflict of interest violations, termination risk)
If you work for a land clearing company or related business, DO NOT participate in this program. Your participation could violate your employer's conflict of interest policies and jeopardize your employment.
Current Land Grinders Employees:
Active Land Grinders employees and contractors are not eligible for referral payments.
WHAT DISQUALIFIES A REFERRAL
Customer already contacted Land Grinders directly before the referral
Customer was referred by another scout first
Project falls outside our service area
Customer does not proceed with the project
Scout provides false or misleading information to the customer
Referral submitted after customer has already requested quote
CODE OF CONDUCT
Scouts are expected to:
Represent Land Grinders professionally and honestly
Never misrepresent our services, pricing, or capabilities
Respect potential customers' time and decisions
Maintain a positive reputation in the community
Grounds for immediate removal from the Scout Program:
Misrepresenting Land Grinders services or pricing
Harassing or pressuring potential customers
Submitting fake or fraudulent referral information
Negative, unprofessional, or unethical behavior
Damaging the Land Grinders reputation
Any illegal activity related to referrals
Violation of employment conflict restrictions
Removal decisions are made at the sole discretion of Land Grinders management.
PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Land Grinders reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scout Program at any time without prior notice.
Program terms, payment amounts, and eligible services may change. Scouts will be notified of significant changes via email.
All referrals are subject to verification and approval by Land Grinders management.
Disputes regarding referral credit will be resolved at the sole discretion of Land Grinders.
Participation in the Scout Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or agency relationship with Land Grinders.
Scouts are responsible for reporting any income earned through the program to appropriate tax authorities.
Land Grinders is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Scout Program cards.
This program is void where prohibited by law.
